TrustInInsuranceNow ("TIIN") is a digital insurance agency/marketplace operated by Precision Edge Limited. TIIN is not an insurer, underwriter or broker. It does not underwrite insurance products, does not bear underwriting or claims-payment risk, and does not guarantee any claim outcome.

Insurance products available through the Platform are underwritten by participating, NAICOM-licensed insurance companies. Your insurance contract is with that insurer, governed by that insurer's own policy terms.

You must provide accurate information when using the Platform, including when creating an account or submitting an application. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to disrupt the service, submit false information, or access data you are not authorised to access.

When you apply for and purchase a product through the Platform, you are entering into a contract with the underwriting insurer, subject to that insurer's terms, exclusions and pricing. TIIN facilitates the transaction but is not a party to your insurance contract.

Claims are assessed and decided by the licensed insurer that underwrote your policy, according to that policy's terms. TIIN may help you track a claim's status but does not decide claim outcomes and does not guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid.

Research and articles published on the Platform are for general information only and do not constitute financial, legal or insurance advice. Always review a specific policy's terms before purchasing.

The TIIN name, logo, and the Platform's content and design are the property of Precision Edge Limited or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.

The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TIIN and Precision Edge Limited disclaim liability for losses arising from your use of the Platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, this does not limit any liability the underwriting insurer has to you under your policy.

Trustininsurancenow (TIIN) does not claim the site will operate free of errors or that the site and its servers are always free of possibly harmful elements. We recognise this inherent issue and would pro-actively take steps to mitigate it.

The Site may contain links to third party Web Sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. Trustininsurancenow (TIIN) is not responsible for the content of linked third party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party Web Sites. If you decide to access linked third-party Web Sites, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with the prevailing terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party sites.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as TIIN evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustInInsuranceNow (operated by Precision Edge Limited) regarding your use of the Platform.

Any disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the materials or the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Nigerian Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the materials or the Site.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

TrustInInsuranceNow (operated by Precision Edge Limited) may at any time and without liability modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any materials (or any part or specification thereof), with or without notice, for any valid technical, operational or commercial reasons.
